Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• The item is returned in its original packaging.

• The item is not damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer handling.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods and food products.

• Personal care and hygiene products.

• Gift cards.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Products marked as non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
